The Forvac FV30-E is a high performance, heavy duty, vacuum unit with integral 1m3 materials collection hopper beneath filter housing.
Manufactured to a very high specification, this robust vacuum will exceed the high demands of today’s industry and give many years reliable and cost-effective service. Suitable for fixed pipework systems. Can be trailer mounted.
Designed to be utilised with loading shovel/forklift tipping skips (for easy discharge) up to 3m3 capacity, and intercept hoppers.

Construction: Manufactured in 5mm steel throughout.
Motor Comp: Lined with class ‘A’, type ‘O’ non-burn sound absorbent giving noise level of 80db @ 1m free field conditions.
Motor: 22kW B3 IE3 energy saving with full motor protection.

Control Panel: Manufactured to latest amendment BS-EN-60204-1. IP65 control panel with phase switch over, vacuum gauge, hour meter, stop/start with mains isolator. Timers for filter cleaning, remote control facility and emergency stop. With 24v control voltage.
Filtration: Forvac cassette system utilising ‘H’ type PTFE, in anti-static, polyurethane based micro porous foamed filters over stainless steel inserts. Effective cloth area 16m2.
Filter Cleaning: Electro-mechanical set at timed intervals.
Power Supply: 415v/63amp motor rated.
Material Receiver/Extras: Loading shovel/tele-handler tipping skips up to 3m capacity. Intercept and filter hopper. Forklift tipping skips. Plant and road-going trailers.
Finish: The FV30-E is shot blasted and powder coated in Golden Yellow. The unit can be supplied in customers own livery at no extra cost, if specified at time of order.
Warranty: Full 18-month warranty (blower only) – 12 months, parts & labour (excluding normal “wear and tear” items, e.g. filters, etc.)
Each Forvac high performance, heavy duty vacuum is supplied with two operator manuals and full training given to operators on delivery.
